In America’s airports, you’ll often see signs that say: “If you see something, say something.” The goal is simple—stay alert and report anything suspicious.

Jesus had a similar message, but with a powerful twist:

“If you see something, solve it.”

In other words, when God allows you to see a need, don’t just notice it—ask Him for wisdom and courage to become part of the solution.

One day, after thousands of people had spent hours listening to Jesus teach, the disciples saw a problem. It was getting late, and the crowd was hungry. Their solution seemed obvious: send everyone home.

But Jesus had another idea.

“But He answered and said to them, ‘You give them something to eat.’ And they said to Him, ‘Shall we go and buy two hundred denarii worth of bread and give them something to eat?’ But He said to them, ‘How many loaves do you have? Go and see.’ And when they found out they said, ‘Five, and two fish.’” Mark 6:37-38 NKJV

Notice what Jesus did. He didn’t ignore the need. He also didn’t allow His disciples to pass responsibility to someone else. Instead, He challenged them to look at what they already had.

And that’s often where God starts with us.

Now, none of us can solve every problem in the world. But we can help solve some. We can be part of God’s answer for the people He places in our path.

So what’s in your hand today?

Who do you know? What skills do you possess? What opportunities has God already given you? What resources, influence, or experience can you offer?

It may not seem like much.

Five loaves and two fish didn’t seem like much either.

A mustard seed doesn’t seem impressive.

One simple conversation about Jesus may feel insignificant.

Yet God specializes in multiplying small acts of faith. When we place our little into His hands, He turns it into more than we ever imagined.

Your One Minute Witness faith-story may be the very thing God uses to stop someone in their tracks, awaken their conscience, and point them toward Christ. One act of kindness, one prayer, one invitation, one encouraging word—God can use all of it.

So don’t wait for someone else to step up. Don’t assume another person is better qualified.

If God let you see it, He may be inviting you to help solve it. Step out in faith. Offer what you have. Trust Him with the results. Pray about it.

Little becomes much when it is placed in the Master’s hands.

And that’s how mountains begin to move.
