If Jesus were sitting beside you on your living room couch right now, what would you ask Him?
Would you talk about your family? Your future? Your fears?
Or would you ask about those dreams He quietly planted in your heart years ago—the ones that seem almost too big, too impossible, or too risky to believe?
“So we keep on praying for you, asking our God to enable you to live a life worthy of his call. May he give you the power to accomplish all the good things your faith prompts you to do.” —2 Thessalonians 1:11 NLT
What is this incredible power living within every believer?
It’s God’s grace.
Grace isn’t merely God’s undeserved favor. It’s also His desire working in us, and His power enabling us to accomplish His will.
“Then the name of our Lord Jesus will be honored because of the way you live, and you will be honored along with him. This is all made possible because of the grace of our God and Lord, Jesus Christ.” —2 Thessalonians 1:12 NLT
Think about that for a moment.
God places His dreams in our hearts—dreams that often stretch our faith beyond what seems possible. Then He provides the courage, wisdom, strength, and opportunities to accomplish them.
Our responsibility is simple: take the next step.
Sometimes we step forward with bold confidence. Other times we move with fear and trembling. But we keep moving because we know the vision didn’t begin with us—it began with God.
And when the work is finally finished, there’s only one conclusion:
“Only God could have done this!”
That’s exactly how we feel about equipping believers with the One Minute Witness in every nation of the world. What once seemed impossible is becoming reality, one nation and one believer at a time. We are on track—not because of our ability, but because of God’s amazing grace.
And the same grace is at work in you.
God has given you faith-dreams too. Don’t bury them. Pray over them. Act on them. Trust Him with them. As you faithfully share your faith with confidence and compassion, you become part of His greatest dream of all—the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
Dream God’s dreams. Depend on God’s grace. Then take the next bold step of faith.
Let’s go!
