Do you remember when someone’s words really encouraged you?

Why do you remember them? Because they came at just the right time. and they spoke to your worth. They built you up, instead of tearing you down.

Our words are so much more powerful than we realize. They can either harm or help. Here’s some words sinners must know… and will not soon forget. We must tell unbelievers these two things:

1. “JESUS IS PRAYING FOR YOU.”

Yes, Jesus is praying for the unbelievers you will share your faith with. He is praying they will give Him their burdens of sin, trusting Him to be their Leader. So Jesus is praying for them, and the Spirit is already talking to them. We know this because the Bible tells us no one comes to the Father God unless the Spirit draws them.

“I am praying not only for these disciples, but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message.” John 17:20 NLT

And He prays your testimony will bring much fruitfulness in their lives. He prays you will be bold to be His witness, that you will make the most of every opportunity He gives you.

2. “GOD LOVES YOU.”

The phrase seems so familiar to believers. But you may be the first to tell an unbeliever that God really loves them. It’s so very important for them to hear this, because the devil often tells them the opposite. In fact, the devil tells them to give up because they’ve failed too much.

“May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.” John 17:23 NLT

Did you get that? Jesus is saying God loves the unbeliever as much as He loves His only Son, Jesus! Surely they do not know this depth of love from anyone else. We must tell them!

These two phrases will be unforgettable for many. These two phrases can change their world! And we get to tell them!
