Ten years ago the Christians in this village gathered in a
small building that had severe roof leaks. The pastor
prayed that a foreigner would come to his church. Then in
December, God gave him a word about getting a new
church building. Shortly after that, Pastor Jeremiah told him
that Oasis would build his congregation a church building.
Nine years ago God called the pastor to Sevamandir, a
population of 5,000. He prayed for a church building about
a year ago to hold the congregation of 40 people. By faith
they built the foundation even though they didn't have
money to complete it. Then they heard about Oasis World
Ministries and applied for a building. Nearly 100 people
attended the dedication service.

Rampuram Church

The Bukkrayasamudram church began with three people in
a village home. After they out grew the small village home
they started meeting under a blue tarp. After land was
obtained, Oasis built the church.
At times the people worked 24 hours a day so that the
Ramapuram church would be completed in one month for
the dedication ceremony. The Ramapuram people were
earnestly seeking God and were fervent in prayer.
