One-Minute Witness Tool
Our Mission |
One-Minute Witness
The One-Minute Witness tool is simply an aid to help you share the life-changing story of Jesus. It is only a tool. It is NOT the message.
Inviting the Holy Spirit
We must put our confidence in the leading of the Holy Spirit and in His ability to “draw all men unto Him” (John 12:32).
Jesus often approached strangers like the woman at the well, Zacheus who was in a tree, and Matthew the tax collector. Other times Jesus built relationships and then shared, but He only did what the Father told Him.
So when, how, and with whom do you share your faith? Begin each day with the prayer on the next page and ask the Holy Spirit to lead you to someone.
I dare you to pray this prayer each day:
“Dear Jesus, I am available. Please provide an opportunity to share my story today. Amen.”
This tool will be a ‘win-win’ for you. You are simply sharing your story. It’s not ‘religious’ or doctrinal. It’s simply an advertisement for what has personally happened to YOU! And people LOVE stories!
I have used this tool in different cultures and with people very different from me. Without fail, people listen intently whenever I approach them respectfully.
Take the seven-day challenge
Now, why not begin to practice your One-Minute Witness by taking the seven-day challenge? For the next seven days, be open to God and look for opportunities to share your One-Minute Witness with at least one person each day. Then share your experiences on our everydaywitness blog with others who are doing the same.
Five easy steps to your One-Minute Witness
The One-Minute Witness tool can revolutionize your life and mobilize you in sharing your faith without fear. Thousands of others are using it. So give it a try…for the sake of those God intends to influence through you!
