National Evangelists

Each National Evangelist conducts weekly three-day festivals throughout India's most unreached villages to share the Gospel to people who have not heard. Evangelists introduce 5,000-10,000 people to Jesus as Savior each year.

National Evangelist: Syam Babu

As a result of Syam Babu's travels to remote villages of India, he has reached 8,395 decisions for Christ.

December 2009

In Syam's report, he stated that God had restored the hearing of a young man who had been partial deaf for two years and had restored the sight of a woman who had been blind.

October 2009

We conducted special prayer meetings for two days before the meeting and several people made decisions for Christ. After the meetings the local pastor and I personally invited people to attend the local church. During the October mini-festivals held, 524 people made decisions to follow Jesus.

Healings: Many were delivered from the demonic spirits, including Subbamma who had been control by the demon for 15 years; eight people were healed from chronic body pain and two from severe chest pain; and a woman was healed of a high fever. During one mini-festival many YOUTH were healed and made decisions to follow their Hero Jesus Christ.

The local pastor said that he had not seen such a happy experience and wants us to visit again. Another pastor said the mini-festivals greatly changed the society he lives in. He wanted us to conduct another meeting in his branch churches.

September 2009

In the last year, Syam Babu has reached 6,403 decisons for Christ in his travels to remote villages of India and conducting three-day mini-festivals.

Over 155 people, many of which were Hindhu, received Jesus Christ during our three-day mini-festival. We followed up with those who had made Jesus their Lord and Savior, encouraged them in God’s word, and invited them to attend the local Church.

At another mini-festival in September several young people received Jesus and were baptized and two people were set free from evil spirits during prayer.

Will you help Oasis national evangelists reach the unreached people of remote villages?
